Hotel Accommodations
We will be staying at the newest resort on the Las Vegas strip: Resorts World Las Vegas. Resorts World offers guests over 40 unique food and beverage experiences and world class accommodations. We have negotiated a discounted room rate of $145++ per night plus taxes and fees for all Platform//2025 attendees. Hotel accommodations can be booked during the registration process. If you are already registered and need to book hotel accommodations please reference your registration confirmation email.

Deposit and Hotel Cancellation Information
A 1st night room & tax deposit is required for all reservations If an Attendee cancels his/her Guaranteed Reservation within forty-eight (48) hours of the Attendee’s confirmed arrival date, the Attendee’s credit card will be charged a cancellation fee in the amount of one (1) night’s room and tax or the advance deposit will be forfeited.
Incidental Authorization Information
A valid credit or debit card will be required upon arrival to register. An authorization will be placed against this account to cover applicable room, tax and resort fees, as well as an incidental deposit starting at $150 per day (4 nights max). This authorization allows access to room charging privileges and may result in additional authorizations should your balance exceed the originally approved amount.

- Please fly into Harry Reid International Airport.
- Rideshare pickup is located on the 2nd floor of the airport outside of baggage claim.
- Put in Conrad as the Drop Off Location at Resorts World Las Vegas.
- The ride from the airport to the hotel should take you roughly 25 minutes depending on traffic and the time of day you arrive.
- If you arrive before check in is available, the front desk will assist you with checking your bags so that you may explore the hotel without carrying around your luggage.
- The items in the mini bar inside of your hotel are NOT complimentary and are sitting on sensors. If you move them for more than 15 seconds you will be charged for these items.

We're thrilled to welcome all IT professionals, IT service providers and partners and technology partners and vendors to the event.
Hotel accommodations can be booked during the registration process. If you are already registered and need to book hotel accommodations please reference your registration confirmation email.
The attire for Platform is business casual. You will be in sessions most of the day and will attend a casual outdoor networking event on Wednesday night and a more formal awards dinner on Thursday night. You will have time to change clothes in between if you wish to do so.
You may bring your spouse/partner to Platform//2025, however you are responsible for their travel expenses. They will not be able to attend any sessions, meals or events, so please make sure they are aware of this before booking travel. We will allow guests to attend the awards dinner on Thursday night for an added fee.
The registration fee includes an opening reception, all meals, networking cocktail receptions, Platform Awards Dinner and all sessions at Platform//2025.
This does not include your travel expenses (flight, rental car, uber/lyft or hotel room) unless you have been notified otherwise. You are responsible for these costs.

No. You are responsible for your own room costs and your other travel expenses (flight, rental car, Uber/Lyft, etc.) unless you have been notified otherwise. Note: A Daily Resort Fee, plus applicable taxes, will be added to your reservation at check-in.
Transportation to and from the airport (LAS) will not be provided. Please use Lyft/Uber/Taxi to get to Resorts World Las Vegas. It is roughly a 25 minute ride from the airport and generally costs around $25-$30 per ride.
Once you check into the hotel, please head to the registration desk, located on the conference center floor just outside of the Orchid Ballrooms. You will need to register with Scale where you will receive your lanyard and badge along with more event information and a detailed schedule.
Checkout is at 11:00AM PST.
You may extend your stay at Resorts World Las Vegas depending on the hotel's availability. This will not be at the negotiated discounted hotel rate and you will be responsible for these costs yourself.
