The Support Manager is a key technical leader in our Support organization. A successful Support Manager will be an advanced technical support engineer, professional leader, and project manager on the support team. The Customer Success Coordinator (CSC) is a customer- and partner-facing role focused on the overall onboarding experience of the Scale Computing Platform system, which supports our customers' needs. The CSC is a cross-functional position within the Support and Services team, collaborating with numerous internal departments, including Operations, Sales, Business Systems, and Quality Engineering, to deliver a high-level implementation experience with our customers and partners.

The Quality Engineering Team is looking to hire a Software Security Automation Engineer. As an SSAE at Scale Computing, your primary responsibility will be designing, developing, and maintaining core security and compliance automation solutions. This position will Develop solutions to identify, automate and test potential security vulnerabilities for all Scale Computing products.
Beyond this role, we are looking for someone to grow within the Sales organization, with a clear promotional track in place for motivated candidates. Ideally, the candidate will onboard as an ADR, succeed in the role, and be promoted to a Regional Sales Associate (RSA).
